Caribbean Wave Jamaican Jerk Restaurant opened in October
2017. It was a dream come true for our founder Damain Cavalo
(know better as Wolf), who dreamed of coming to America and
opening his own business. Bringing the authentic flavors of
Jamaican food to Lancaster County has transformed Lancaster
and the surrounding communities into being raving fans of
Caribbean Wave Jamaican Jerk Restaurant.
In addition to a Jamaican favorite, Jerk Chicken, some of our other popular dishes include Oxtail and Curry Goat. The warmer weather brings on Shrimp Boats served in Pineapples and the popular Coconut Water and Pineapple Drinks. Nothing has taken on more popularity than our Booster #PUSH drink.
